Does anyone know if this is a Monte Carlo Sway bar? If so, do you know what year? 1972? How do I know? Please help.

Thank you so much. I found the original owner finally. He sold the car but he did verify it is a 1972. Well enough of this saga, on to the next adventure. Thank you for your reply.

It actually fits 1964-1972 GM A-body cars (Chevelle, Cutlass, GTO, Skylark) in addition to Monte Carlo. The 73-77 rear bars bolt to the bottoms of the lower control arms, not to the inside surfaces as this bar is intended to mount.

Thank you so much! If I understand clear, 72 is the last yr that bolts to the inside surface, correct?
