39studebakergal
Hi everyoneMy husband & I own a custom & restoration shop. We have been working on old vehicles for a long time, but I have never had any dealings with a Studebaker ever! On May 19th I purchased a 1939 Studebaker Commander 4 door Cruising Sedan that will be my personal car. I only know what kind of car it is thanks to dictator27 decoding for me.We got the 39 stude to the shop and now we are starting a parts list for all that we need. I know that we need a passenger running board and passenger & driver's rear fender. Looks like we will also need a steering wheel, headlamps, and possibly a hood.We will be making quite a large list next week, and I have been looking online unsuccessfully for any parts for this car. If anyone has suggestions please let me know. I am not sure what other years and models will interchange with mine. Thanks in advance for all your help.MissyMissy HolifieldOwner/CFOWolfman Concepts1939 Studebaker Commander

dictator27
That is the deluxe phantom steering wheel, Missy. Look up the Shrock Brothers, they may be able to supply a new one.Terry
