Hans ~ I cannot give you a direct answer to your question, but by golly if you are brave enough to fly to the USA, the least we can do is have Hershey ready and waiting for you. We cannot let those bastards drive us underground or out of business. ~ hvs

Hershey will be there rain or shine. Most likely rain... smile.gif" border="0
By the way, you have a nice web site there. I guess the US was a bit behind the times. On http://www.dyna.co.za/cars/gallery40.htm you show a "1933 Plymouth". The photo http://www.dyna.co.za/cars/33_Plymouth__grey_fs.jpg shows a car with radiator shell, grill and front fenders that were on 1934 models in the US. smile.gif" border="0
Just a little nit picking. Again, great site! And I am sure you will enjoy Hershey.

ply33 ~ Could it be that in South Africa vehicles were titled as the year in which they were manufactured, If so, a very early '34 would have been titled as a '33.
This is frequently the case for early [teens] cars when titled new in the US. That has caused some consternation in AACA judging when a vehicle titled as a '13 was really a '14 model. Also some cars built in '14 which are really '15 models were, in past years, accepted for the Reliability Tours because our rule stated, "Manufactured prior to 1915." Just a thought. smile.gif" border="0 ` hvs

Hans, By Presidential decree we are to return to a "normal" life after last weeks tragedy. Hershey will be as scheduled and we will all have a lot to talk about and shop for.
Great web site, but astonished that there are no Marmons. If you get lost over in the Yellow Field stop by and say hello at YW226.
Also, please register on the DF and join us as frequently as you can. smile.gif" border="0
