Bill Boudway
I'm reviewing the daily tour schedule for the Michigan Glidden and see that there is an "International" train trip into Canada on Monday. Tourists should be informed about the documentation of US citizenship required for re-entry into the USA. From what I understand, a birth certificate copy with a raised seal, a passport (either current or expired) or current immigration papers are adequate. Driver's licenses do not qualify. Further information can be obtained from travel agents, or your AAA.
Jim Dix
Bill,
Don't forget, if you take your antique or modern vehicle to Canada, you'll need a card from your insurance carrier to certify that your insured in Canada as well. They don't check for it but if you have an accident, you'll need it!
Jim
