jeff_a
I was looking at e-bay motors today and saw a new ad from someone in Missouri who had a partly-restored 1928 Model A for sale. The description says it's an AR and suggests it's the eighth one built because there is a "#8" stamped on it somewhere. The photos don't show the interior or engine. Owner has the original motor, but another is currently installed. It DOES look like the steering wheel may be red. It's actually a pretty nice looking Model A, but I was a little curious about the 8th-one-built claim. To really be that...wouldn't you need to have:1) brake lever on left side of cab2) open-end front bumpers3) a specific engine serial #4) red steering wheel5) a 1927 build date ----Jeff
