Crow-Elkhart car

Recommended Posts

I just traded a Model A for a 1916 Crow-Elkhart. I will pick it up next Monday. Does anyone know anything about them. The internet is not very helpful in this case. There is supposed to be a lot of literature and manuals that will come with it. The car is now a basket case with many extras including a Tulip body. Any help would be appreciated.

Horseless Carriage Club Of America did a review on Crow-Elkhart autos about 7 or 8 years ago - maybe another good source of information.

Hello Steamcar, I see we are about 6 weeks from your original post, can you let us know how you are doing with this unusual car and if you got any reference material for it? If you have not already, you can probably get a basic history from the Standard Catalog of American Cars 1805-1942. Good luck, Todd
