Hi to all who were there on Saturday!!! <BR>I had a good day, my car was the yellow Corvette at the entrance to the fields, the one alnog side the road. It died right about there of all places! Timing chain I believe! It went all the way there from Harrisburg, 80 miles or so with out a hint of a problem and then this. Sure was lucky it went when it did, better then the Interstate! Also, a big THANK YOU to all AACA members that were there to offer assistance, even as far as offering to come back Sunday with a trailer & get me back home! Overall a nice time, a ride in the roll-back home and now for some repairs before Hershey! It gives a person a truly warm feeling to know that there are so many poeple ready to help when the need arises.<BR>Super show although my heart wasn't really there, and thanks to all again. <BR>SalG & Rick, sorry I didn't get to hook up with you, would have liked to meet you both. Di and I was Das Awkscht Fescht today... and we saw your vette along the main path. Sorry you had trouble but at least you made it where you had friends and help. Our 1931 Ford Deluxe Tudor was there today after spending a couple of weeks in Wisconsin and attending the Wisconsin Rapids Model A Reunion. Got home last night from the trip and went straight to Macungie today for Das Awkscht Fescht.<BR>Beautiful weather for DAF this year. Not too hot and no rain.
