OLD BUICK ENGINE

I FOUND AN OLD BUICK 6 CYL AND IT HAS AN UPDRAFT CARB ON IT WITH A SMALL CANNISTER AIR CLEANER. IM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT YEAR IT IS. IT HAS A MARVEL CARB THAT LOOKS LIKE A FUEL OIL STOVE CARB. THER IS A SERIAL NUMBER ON THE BLOCK #1648239.

It's a 1926. If it has the water outlet tube on the front of the head then it's a Standard series. If the water outlet tube is a manifold with legs coming down from the front to the back of the head, then it's a Master series.
