I went to the British car show in Richmond, Virginia yesterday, and there were some interesting items.

There was a Bentley that had dinner trays, one had champagne glasses and the Wall Street Journal and the other had McDonalds and the National Enquirer.

Thanks Wayne,

I had a great time. The British Car Show was even hotter!

Here are my favorite cars at the Northern Neck Meet. The Avanti was not in the show, but I got a picture of it.

Your Corvette looks good even with the grass on the tires.

I liked that 51 Ford with the 50s custom look.

And I always like to see an original unrestored car like that 54 Pontiac wagon.

there is life in the old bloke yet..... "Early morning Parking" has a different meaning over here (Think running out of petrol...)

Those trays are an endless source of fun for us British enthusiasts. For years it was almost required to keep a small jar of Grey Poupon. Then it became trendy to have the biggest jar of generic/white label mustard on display instead.

Occasionally a discreetly placed piece of lingerie makes a back seat appearance as well. grin.gif

Sadly, neither is appropriate in a TR6. smirk.gif
