Restorer32
I had an extremely solid '34 Series 90 Buick Club Sedan that I sold many years ago for a nice profit and I still regret letting it get away. Even the exhaust manifolds were uncracked.

trimacar
Hey, I had a guy tell me once that he'd bought some cars, and gotten good deals, by calling people from ads in magazines that were 5 to 10 years old! Most cars were sold, yes, but every now and then he'd get the "no, didn't sell so stuck it back in the garage", and wind up with a good car at a good price!I'm convinced that there's a successful dealer out there, right now, who's gone through either old ads or old rosters, and found some great cars that way...... Restorer32
An acquaintance bought a parts engine from an ad in a 20+ year old Hemmings a few years ago. It happens.
