Guest groscap Posted August 20, 2008 Share Posted August 20, 2008 Anyone have a spare oil pump for the Pikes Peak motor?I removed the pump from a 23 Chummy Sedan. The housing and cover material has expanded and cracked. I think it may be made of Zamac. I have encountered old lathe gears made of Zamac, a zinc alloy, that have suffered the same fate.
