Rims 70 RIV fit a '65?

There is what I believe to be a 1970 Riv sitting in a yard with rims that look ok. Most everything is gone. Will those rims fit a 1965 Riv? (the car looks identical to the car on the inside front cover of the July/August RIV Review.

Hi Bob,

The Riviera on the inside cover of the July August Riview is a 68, though there is some simularity between the 66 to 70 Riviera's, the 70 is very distinct looking.

I've got 69 Wildcat Road Wheels on my 63 Riviera with no issues other than needing a spacer. On a 65, the spacer won't be needed because the hub diameter of a 65 Riviera is the same as a 70 Riviera. If that 70 Riviera has front disc brakes, you might want to grab them, too. They seem to be worth a lot of money!
