Dynaflash8
The 1941 Graham Hollywood, which was almost a carbon copy of the 1940 Hupmobile Skylark, which in turn was a take-off of the 1936-37 Cord (whose dies they purchased), was the last Graham. However, after WWII Graham's remaining company assets were joined to Henry Kaiser's desires and Kaiser-Fraser was born.
Dave@Moon
The last Graham models (Hollywood & Clipper) were built and sold in the middle of 1941. There were no 1942 models. It was absorbed into the Kaiser-Frazer Company during the course of the war.
