Guest
My left turn signal & brake light don't work. After taking the light assembly apart we found the wires were cut at the light socket. When reconected they stay on constantly. A short? Anyway...does anyone know how I could get my hands on an electrical schematic of the car? So we can trace the problem? 1988 Coupe. Barney Eaton
The 1988 has a solid state turn/hazard module. Do the turn signal "alerts" chime when the turn signal is triggered?
Does the high or third stop light work properly?
Is it just a rear problem or also the front?
There is no schematic for the car, there are about 150 pages of function specific diagrams in the service manual. Guest
Nothing happens when the turn signal is triggered because we disconnected it. Otherwise the turn signal light stays on and does not chime. Yes the high or third stop light works properly.
It is a problem for the front and the rear.
Basically no left turn signal front or rear and no left brake light in the rear.
Thanks
