Guest jumpinjivinjoe
When I got my 1936 dodge coupe the driver side and passenger side windows were completly broken. How do I get new windows? Or how do I make templates?
nearchoclatetown
I'm just guessing here, but you don't have enough pieces to use for a template? cardboard fit around the door seal, cut to size?
Thom
There are several companies that have the templates for windows for many of the old cars. I thought they would need my original windows for paterns, but turns out they already had the tempates and I just told them what make, model, and year and they sent me the correct glass. I had all new glass made for my 38 Dodge touring sedan and they fit perfect.Although there are probably more, two companies that do that are Siemers Glass Co., Princeton, Indiana & Evansville,Indiana. 812-386-1100; and a Vintage Glass place out of Georgia that I can't find the address for. If your interested in this place let me know an I will continue to look for the correct name and phone number. Hope this helps. Thom
