West Peterson
That looks like its aimed at the same 14-year-old mentality that the Countach was.
R W Burgess
Skinny models too, Vertigo. Wait, you'd have to be skinny to even fit in that thing. Wayne
Bhigdog
Models? What models? Don't the folks in coveralls in your shop look like that?.............Bob
R W Burgess
Just came from the shop, and yes, there is a receptionist there that looks a little like that. Tight slacks, black tank top. Wayne
West Peterson
I think this car was designed for the movie Transformers, but they rejected it. I don't know why, it'd fit right in!
West Peterson
Did you notice... the car looks best in that first photo. I said it looks best, I didn't say it looks good.
Bhigdog
It looks like it was inspired by the F-17 Stealth fighter. It's even painted a similar color. The F-17 is a very homely aircraft. But it is nearly invisable to radar. You don't suppose?????????????????????? Bob
jeff_a
Impressions of New Lamborghini a) Those three women in the coveralls are just the technicians your local Lamborghini dealer is likely to have working on your car, Wayne. I understand the shop rate for a new clutch is $14,000. They better look nice for that kind of dough! I actually like the car's design. I like antique cars more -- but after riding in a Miura once, I have some appreciation for the Italian automaker's work. The '68 Lamborghini I rode in was just as impractical and low to the ground, but I consider these the modern-day equivalent of outrageous cars like Stutz DV-32's, Marmon V-16's and J Duesenbergs. R W Burgess
I'm waiting for my first ride in a Countach! Outrageous, absolutely! I'll wear dark glasses to protect my image! Wayne

Yes, outrageous for sure.Any thoughts/comments on a Countach kit on a stretched Fiero?impala

Those original Italian engineers were paid the big bucks for a reason. A cobbled together "street rod" will never be more practical than a well engineered automobile, regardless of who makes it. rocketraider
At least these "Lambo doors" are on the car they're made for.Hondas and the like with Lambo doors are just ridiculous.Chevy Cavaliers and Cobalts with Lambo doors are ludicrous.Ford Mustangs with Lambo doors defy description. And I see all three right here in li'l ol' Danville Vajenya. The Reventon itself is not that bad. The front air intakes are a little over the top but I bet those big Brembos stay cool!People who travel in the circles this car does are not worried about a $14000 clutch job, but I guarantee they'll abuse and stiff a waiter in a heartbeat. But there are a lot of gold-chain necklace wearers out there who act like 14-year olds. How many Lamborghini Countachs are there in serious car collections?
