We just got this car last month. It is a 1974 Mercedes Benz 450SLCR. We got it from a friend in Bristol, TN that has a dealership that deals in antique cars. Right now it is a nice driver. Bill has been having a ball working on it. We just bought a new radiator for it. That was expensive.

I actually found and talked to the orginal owner. She still lives in Arkansas in the same house as when she bought this car new. Strange thing, she bought this car in Memphis TN and it went to Mississippi when she sold it. Somehow it made it's way back to TN. Now it lives with us in W.Va.

We are hoping maybe next year to take it on an AACA tour.
