ReattaTType
After getting my car safetied a few things have gone wrong with the car while they were actually checking it over. My power door locks stopped working, my lock cylinder won't open the turnk from the outside, will turn but does nothing so I have to open the trunk from the interior, and the sunroof quit out which I believe is just the motor. I am assuming these are common problems as another 88 Reatta I plan to pick up within the next week or so has the same issues. It is a white on burgandy Reatta, 1988, 16-way seat, no sunroof tho, 1800 or so serial number, no suede, and has same mileage and everything and same issues. What might these problems be as I am puzzled because both door locks don't lock except for manually. Also, does anybody know where Reatta windshields can be gotten closer to Canada? Thanks. Guest Drake
Do your power seats work? There are no fuses for the power door locks, they share the same 30amp circuit breaker with the power seats. I think the fuse panel for your 88 is the same as my 89. The circuit breaker is located on the passenger side of the center console. As far as your trunk lock, Barney Eaton Posted not too long ago about repairing the same problem you're having.
