dlj
I have this packard plastic part that I can not find what it is for. Part number is 462682 about 24" long and 10'high.Looks like a dash part or maybe part under the bumper on one side or the other. It has a body by Packard emblem on it and a clipper badge also a 11/4" stainless stripe in the center running most of its length and around the side at one end.I would post a picture but could not see how to do it.any help would be appriciated. Guest BigKev
Looks like the part that goes around the bottom of the front seat on both sides. It's either for a 55 or 56 Clipper.
Guest BigKev
Here is a part plate from the 55/56 Part Book which is online on the PackardInfo.com website. The circled part is what I am taking about. Its for a 55 Clipper because of the "Ships Wheel" emblem that was used on the 55/56 Clippers. Also here is the Parts Listing page. It's called a "Side-Shield Front Seat"
