Jim Rohn Posted June 1, 2008 Share Posted June 1, 2008 that is the factory accessory "EZ spin" (my name) steering wheelit basically was a steering wheel with a built in "necker knob"you would grab the part in the center of the ring and be able to 'spin" the steering wheel, as the bar in the middle of the ring would rotate for ease in turning the steering wheel Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
