Guest DebReatta90
I bought a 90 Reatta this week. It is burgundy (dont know if that is proper color name) with grey interior. 135,000 miles. Running well, body is nice but needs a few lights replaced & interior spiffed up. Loving it!!!! Have been reading forum for a while & am amazed with the knowledge here. Thanks. One question. Steering wheel is black & grey. Looks odd, Wonder if it has been repaired.
Guest TommyH
Welcome to the wonderful world of Reattae! I hope you enjoy! Pictures, and your vin # would be nice to add to the database. A picture of the wheel would probably help, as it could be many things(your steering wheel.)
Barney Eaton
I suspect the wheel was getting ratty and the one you have is from another car.Assuming it looks like the air-bag wheel you have seen on other Reattas, it probably came from another GM car that used the same wheel. Buick, Olds, both used the steering wheel on several models and years.

Enoytsur
Deb, the steering wheel generally matches the interior ... gray would be gray. Having said that there are options if the color difference bothers you, it did me when I had a dark gray one on a sliver Reatta. I bought a used Gray steering wheel from Jim Finn, a guy on this site that has lots of for sale used Reatta Parts. Jim can be reached at jfinn@cpinternet.com. Another option is checking with this Salvage yard that has 200 Reattas to see if they have one in great shape (602-276-3200). A third option is there are many Steering Wheel Restoration places ... one in California is outstanding but for whatever reason I can't at this moment put my finger on their info ... they charge $200.00 ... I'll keep looking or perhaps one of our forum mates will come up with it... but here are a couple others: 1. You can reach Richard Gumm at 740-374-8169. His mailing address is: P.O. Box 555, Reno, Ohio 45773-0555 2.
