Peter Hancpx
I am currently restoring a 1937 President and have run intp a problem -The Inlet Manifold Automatic Heat control needs a complete rebuild. It is completely seized up.I can do quite a lot of the repair work myself but, the thermostatic coil and the tension spring are missing so I really don't know where to start. Can anyone help - do you have a spare one ... or is anyone making these. Any help or advice would be very much appreciated
West Peterson
These are being remade. Packard supplier Max Merritt has repros. What you need may be on this page. I don't know about crossing over to Studebaker, so you might want to give him a call.http://www.parts123.com/parts123/yb.dll?parta~partsort
