Someone questioned how old the information is since many vendors over the years move and change phone numbers, etc.

We published the book in April 2008 and it went on sale on 4/13/08. The information is quite up to date (as of 4/2008), however, purchasers will receive one free updating Supplement before the end of 2008 if they register their books (form is included inside the book).
