Guest 58_Rnchero
I was wondering if anyone knows what car(s) these gauges go to? There is a Chrysler symbol stamped with the number 2958553 04091 on the circuit board on the back. Thanks!OOPS! I accidentally added the wrong photo in my original post. My apologies! (The photo I originally posted was of a set of GM gauges.) Anyhow, here is the photo that I meant to add to the post. On the back of this unit are the numbers listed above. Please let me know what you think. Thanks again!
frazer
Are you sure is a Chrysler logo? Looks GM to me. Chrysler mostly used a bar in indicate normal range on the temp gauges.
James Czukor
My book says "Circuit Board Inst. Panel 69-71 Dodge Truck Compact" But I must say I have never seen a truck with a 160 MPH Speedometer.
frazer
Still looks GM to me. Dodge lite trucks of that era had rectangular gauges in a row. The font on the Odo is GM

mrpushbutton
If it was a Mopar, all you would have to do is look at the ammeter. if it looked like it would kill an alternator and voltage regulator every 30,000 miles, it's a Mopar. That just has GM written all over it. I'm guessing 68-72 Olds "A" body (Cutlass), especially with the 160 mph marking.
