Guest LouZ
Jeff, Try wiping the broken just the edges carefully with soldering paste, then put the piece together, hold together with Scotch Tape, turn it over, apply solder to the broken areas. I would use a very fine point that is used for electrical contacts, and do it in the sun. -let the sun preheat it a little- ~ and ~ I'm looking for the large one that is used on the middle of the trunk on late models. It's about 14" long. Lou
Guest Jeffn
Thanks Lou, may try something like that or JB Weld. I think once even mildly joined together, it will mount fine with permatex or double foam tabe like the others we both did.And these look much better than in the flashed out photos.. JustinC
Jeff,How much for your headlight? Also need a cornering light.Justin
Guest Jeffn
What's a fair market price on driver light's now? I looked on car-parts and they ask 350-750. for either side(wow!).I need the proceeds from these to go into HID lights on the abysmal Mark VIII headlight halogens-the cornering lamps are brighter.. JustinC
Just picked up a passenger headlight for $425.00 that's in great condition. I think up to $750 is rediculous. I'm still hoping to pay around $325 or less for the driver's side.
