'51 Chief - Colo Posted February 22, 2008 Share Posted February 22, 2008 the engine in my '51 is shot, so I have lined up a 350. does anyone know where I can get a mounting conversion kit since the mounting locations are completely differant?On the other hand. The flat head 6 still has good, usable parts. If anyone needs parts let me know. Open to offers, would prefer to sell the whole thing as one, trany included, but can't ship, located in Colorado. I used a universal crossmember / engine mount to put a 283 into my 1931 Chevy.
