Guest
There was a post here soliciting antique autos to participate in a Blues festival in upstate New York, which reminded me that I've been working with the organizers of the upcoming Great Connecticut JazzFest 2001 (http://www.ctjazz.org/), to be held the weekend of July 27-29, in Guilford, CT on an Antique Auto Display, to take place the Sunday of Festival (7/29).
Participating antique auto drivers, one passenger, receive free admission to the Festival (kids free), and I can say from experience that it's a most wonderful way to spend a summer day. Great music, great people, great fun--all this and the opportunity to show off you old car to an appreciative audience!
I've prepared a page giving all the details of antique automobile participation, please visit: http://members.aol.com/saacregion/JazzFest2001.html
Hope to see you there!
Steve Mierz
Stony Creek, CT
