drwatson
I looked hard to ID your mascot at the following very good Mascot site: http://www.mascot-mania.co.uk/orphanage.html?/accessorymisc.html&19orphan57You might have luck if you present your photos to their forum. drwatson
Here follows a response I received from Mr. John Forde who runs the excellent Mascot web site I referenced earlier in this string:"Yes the mascot is one I have come across on many occasions, it came in two styles, one with the numbers 4 inside the ring and one as yours outside the ring, Both are approved accessory mascots for fitment to the French car, the 1949-50 Renault 4 CV."
