64 Riv Wheels

My Riv has the later rally wheels on, and there showing their age, rust and stuff so I want to replace them with a slightly larger wheel.

I know about the wheel spacer "fix" (my car currently has them) for the rib clearance.

I believe the stock size was 15 x 6, 5 x 5 bolt pattern what was the backpsace?

It also looks like there is plenty of room under the fenders, so I was thinking 8" in the rear, 7" in front.

Anyone have thoughts? experience?
