  1. I bought a 47 Super Eight and the VIN on the registration and insurance paperwork going back almost 20 years does not match the plate on the passenger side under the hood over the body type plate. I can't find any other VIN on the car. I don't want to return this to the seller... Love the car, but worry about the legality. Any idea exactly where the other VIN's may be hiding?
  2. My brother has worked over the last two years to restore a 1963 riviera, and its like his whole world. He works two jobs to afford the costly repairs and I would like to help him find the original owner of his car. I'm just a girl. And I don't know where to start but here's the info I have: vin 7J1046910 original name plate : W. D. Chapin dudes out there ..... Help a lady out ! Please
  3. Are you missing the correct title to a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro RS ? I have it if the VIN plate on the car matches this number: 124379N662991 Please contact me ASAP! I think the titles were swapped and you may have the title to another 1969 Camaro that has come into my possession. I am desperately trying to find the owner of the Camaro with this VIN number so a title swap can be made to clear up this error. Please help me find the Camaro with this VIN by spreading the word around to your friends... maybe you know someone who has the wrong title to their car, or maybe they know someone. Word of mouth is the best advertisement, and I know the correct title will be very valuable to its current owner. The car has a high price tag on it, and has been restored to almost its original condition from being a race car back in the 80s. I have no idea where this car is, but I hope this posting will help me locate it so the owner can have the title that goes with it. This is a picture of another Camaro with the same exterior color (95 Porsche Red) as the one with the VIN number above.

help finding VIN on 53 Desoto

I just bought a 53 Desoto Firedome (my first project car) and in order to register it, I have to do a VIN verification for AAA. We found the VIN that is in the door area, but can't find another to cross reference(was told I needed 2 from the AAA people in order to verify it). The engine tag has been torn off so no help there. Any ideas where another VIN is located. Thanks for any help in advance.
