1. I have this little sample book that appears to be from the 1910's-1930's. I've heard the "Laidlaw" name in association with upholstery but don't really know anything about the company. An internet search hasn't provided much info. I was hoping someone knowledgeable about upholstery could help identify what car manufacturers would have used it, and the years it was used. Much thanks! Anderson
2. I have a listing on eBay that some of the forum members may be interested in. It is an original, very rare, color and fabric showroom sample book for 1940 Buicks. This album is from the Lewis Jenkins estate. I'm sure it was referenced to restore many of the prize-winning '40 Buicks that came out of his shop. It's in very nice shape, with only a few fabric samples showing some damage (shown in listing photos.) Starting bid price is $250. If you bid and win, let me know you are a forum & BCA member and I will waive shipping to the lower 48. Here is the link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/201352449938?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649
3. I have listed an original 1968 Buick Color & Trim Album on eBay. It is in good to fair condition, and appears to be complete. Starting bid is $200. If you bid and win, please let me know you are a forum and BCA member and I will waive shipping to the lower 48. Here is the link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/201352422074?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649
4. Question about carpet kits that are available from Amazon: I'm looking at one from a company called ACC for $189.89. Have any of you had any experience with these, and are they worth the price? I saw it here - http://www.amazon.com/Buick-Riviera-Carpet-Replacement-570-Gold/dp/B006K35S9O/ref=sr_1_15?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1414442826&sr=1-15&keywords=1966+Buick+carpet (Soon I'll be asking about changing interior color schemes from the original.) Thanks. Monty
5. I am searching for seat upholstery, headliners, floor carpets and door panels. If possible, custom made! Any suggestions?<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
