  3. I was wondering if anyone knows how close a 52 Olds 88 trunk pan is to my 52 buick special trunk pan. Classic 2 current has this for 129 bucks, and appears to be very similar to my trunk pan. Or would i be better starting from scratch?
  4. My name is JeanieH and I own a 2004 Buick Park Avenue - bought used in 2007. The leak in the trunk has caused a tidal wave of white mold, going into the wheel well and eating the spare tire as well as ruining the liner. Can anyone tell me where to get weatherstripping for this model for the bottom of the opening? I've been to a Buick dealer, my mechanic and online shopping. No one can tell me anything. So here I am. Could it be they don't make it anymore? Also, want to find a place to get a new liner, since I want to maintain my car for as long as possible.
  5. I have what I believe to be a 1936 Packard Trunk for sale. It is in very good shape, just does not have the inside drawers and shelves. I am not able to get the pictures to upload for some reason but here is the link to the craigslist ad packard motor company trunk Please email if interested. Thank you Todd
  6. I recently acquired a 1951 Buick 41D with 37K miles. The trunk key worked fine until it didn't. The key turns but the trunk does not open. I need to open the trunk somehow and fix the mechanism. Can I remove the back seat and get in that way? I don't want to damage anything. thanks
  7. I press the 2 buttons in the glove box and I don't even hear a click. Neither of them will open. Is it a fuse? How would I find out what wrong? Thanks!

  11. Have this old trunk in my yard and can only tell it is a dodge by dusty outline of the lettering that was there.
  12. I'm having a hard time figuring out how to remove the trunk handle off of a 49 Chrysler. It has a single post that goes through the trunk bracket and then through the trunk lid. It looks like there is a solid black ring and then some type of cap on the post. Neither one will budge. Ideas?
