  1. 1962 Oldsmobile Starfire Convertible. This is a rare car with only 7,149 being built in 1962. This car has been in California up until 3 years ago. It is 99% RUST FREE! Another thing that makes this car special is that it has just about every option available except posi rear. I do have extra parts from a parts car that goes with it, including some NOS items. The car runs and drives fine but needs restoration. I am open to offers. I have the California pink slip, but never registered in my name. I did begin to take the car apart; started to remove the trim off the quarter panels. One just sold at barrett jackson for $55,000 1962 OLDSMOBILE STARFIRE Lot 1322.1 | Barrett-Jackson Auction Company Car has the original 394/ 345 hp, power windows, power ventipanes (vent windows), factory air conditioning, power seat, autronic eye, rebuilt wonderbar radio with floor switch. I have extra bumpers, extra aluminum side panels, extra slim jim and more! look here for pics http://rides.webshots.com/album/567026927nBcEqs $8500 obo
  2. I have 2 Stars. 1 is a 1925 touring with pink slip. It has a rebuilt chassis and engine. Body needs work, no upholstery. Has new steering wheel, solid wheels, top bows, motor meter. The other is I believe is a 1927 Roadster (or part of it). Wooden spoke wheels, and chassis with non-running engine. Besides these 2 vehicles, I have lots of extra parts including an engine, wind wings, tires, rims, windshield, spot lights (or fog lights) and lots of other miscellaneous parts. They have been under cover for a long time in the Santa Barbara area and now it is time for someone to put them to good use. I will take $5.000. or best offer for everything. I know Model A's but not a thing about Stars. Perhaps trade for a Model A? I can be reached at (805) 968-6887 or by e-mail glenannieranch@yahoo.com Thanks for you interest, Fred
  3. This motometer is the small size and has the Star auto brand logo in it. . what you are really buying is the logo plate. the motometer is missing the thermometer.. the main body is cracked and the dogbone cap has been bent or was it made with curved ends. The Star logo plate appears to be in good condition. You can buy just the plate or the whole thing for $40.00 plus shipping.... if buying just the plate I`ll throw the shipping in. I`ll send a pic if anybody is interested.
  4. I need to sell several 100 emblems and other items from my late fathers collection. There are 74 US brands of emblems from 1906 to 1942 model cars and trucks. I posted the first few on EBAY this week under my name of " fishfarm ". If anyone would like to buy a particular emblem, email me at lupherm@yahoo.com or post on this thread and I will put it on next. This week I am selling 1942 Lincoln Zephyr, Durant, Star, and 1930 Chevy.
