  1. To Whom It May Concern The owners of a rare 1958 Studebaker Champion are looking to sell the vehicle and were wondering if any members here would be interested or know of anybody who may be? The vehicle is an absolute one-of-a-kind and incomparable with any restored vehicle. It has original factory plastic on the seats and has done just 75 miles - it is a brand new vehicle with an intriguing back story of a jilted lover which led to the vehicle being stored for the past 57 years. If anybody is interested in purchasing this vehicle, or might know of somebody, would you please respond to a
  2. So, I was having some brake issues (pedal going to the floor) on my 1963 Riviera, and ordered a variety of parts, including the master cylinder (shown here). Then, my mechanic said I needed a booster as well--but the problem was that I couldn't find a booster anywhere, only a booster/master cylinder combination. Unfortunately, by the time we figured this out, the shop had lost the original packaging for the first master cylinder I purchased, and I couldn't return it. Brand spanking new, never installed, $100 including free shipping to the continental US (other locations negotiable). Prefer Pay

  4. Hello Everyone, I am completely new to TCs, so all of your advice and perspective is much appreciated. Here are the specs as provided by the owner: Cabernet and Ginger < 22,000 miles 2.2 L straight 4 Chrysler K engine New battery Condition: Good -- mechanically sound (according to owner)Hard Top: Excellent (SOLD SEPARATELY) Tires: Need replacing Damage: Faded paint on hood, minor scratches, rust pellet on driver's door, faded patch on left side convertible top. 6. Hi everyone! I had posted this car in a sale thread about a year ago, but decided to hang on to it and see if I could fix some of the minor things that were wrong with it (like the heater and wiper motor). Thankfully, I was able to get the parts needed so I'm very happy to list this again for sale. I have to say, it was really fun working on this with a good friend of mine who knows his way around a car. Sadly, I still have to try to say goodbye and sell it. I just don't have the time to enjoy it, and waaay too many other hobbies! Anyway, it's a 1960 Buick Lesabre 4 door hard-top. It has appro

  10. New to this forum... if this isn't the right area, apologies. I have the pleasure of finding a new home for family restored and owned 1938 Ford Coupe body off restore. Looking for help for an honest appraisal or even base starting point. I'm not new to classic or antique restores, ownership or sales, but this one is different. Many, many mods, new parts, rebuilt parts, etc. etc. The main problem is I am in the CA bay area and the car is in Lake County, near Clearlake, CA. If I can successfully get this done online or in person with a list of everything on, in, and around the car, great! If not
  11. I inherited by grandfather's 1956 Ford Mainline Tudor this past year. The car is completely original with the exception of being repainted at some point. The I6 engine has 30K original miles with a 3 speed on the column transmission. I'm not sure what my brother and I are going to do with the vehicle since neither of us have the time to maintain it or place to store it. Can anyone provide some info on the current market value of the vehicle, desirability to collectors, and maitenance costs. Thanks!

  15. My 1989 T2 cabernet w/ tan top and interior was my first car and I still love it, but the repairs have become too costly. It isn't in great shape at the moment, but could be with some TLC, or used as a parts car: some rust on lower body panels, clearcoat is a little rough in some areas, rubber bumper trim falling off, engine sometimes starts but not always. Brake master cylinder and power booster recently rebuilt, but now the brake lines are rusted and leaking. Top was professionally replaced about 6 years ago after hail damage and still looks great. Hardtop in good condition; minimal bubbling
  16. Hi, I'm looking to sell my late father's 1955 Packard Patrician. He bought this car new on Oct. 1, 1955 and drove it until he bought a Lincoln Continental in 1966. It sat out on the lawn for 7 or 8 years until my brother took a hand at fixing it up. I know my brother had it in running condition and drove it occassionally until the early 1980s. However, he is notorious for never finishing a job and the car still needs extensive work (for example, the inside door panels were removed again). The car has been in inside storage since the early 1980s and, to the best of my knowledge, hasn't be
