The BAD news: Due to the poor and rusted out condition of the Pontiac fenders and floors, we decided to save the roadster body and

  4. Having left Abington in MG red, the TC presented here now wears a distinctive Kelly Green with light brown top, and brown interior. An older restoration, the paint is not without blemishs however one has to be close to notice any imperfections. At first glance, you may not notice the horizontal radiator shutters done in a very subtle dark maroon, complimenting the body color. Grill has no dents and combined with bright work is in very nice condition, as are the polished “knock offs”, while the painted wire wheels makes tedious polishing a non-worry. The right headlight suffers one

  15. Our 1929 Series 65 Roadster came to us as "in good running condition". That was a joke! We now have the car up and running after rebuilding the radiator, carburetor, replacing wiring, correcting bad wiring, cleaning gas tank, putting in spark plugs ... etc etc! Now that the car is running, we can fine tune items. The car has wood spokes. Owners manual says that the tubes were 5.50 x 18 . We are facing two challenges .. how to get the flat tube off of the split rim. How do we unfasten the rim? Seems to have a fasterner in place. Second, the tires say Goodyear 6.00-18 6 ply. Can't find this i

  23. Hi folks, I'm new to this forum and as you can see from the title I have for sale, an original metal & wood luggage trunk, marked, "Steelwood", Watts-Moorehouse, Jackson, Mich. on the chrome latches. This is a recent barn find I picked up locally here in Virginia and appears to be in great original condition. It looks to have the original black paint, it has a straight back & front with a slanted lid and the nominal dimensions are 40" long x 13" wide x 19-1/2" tall. The chrome latches are original and contains the only markings on the trunk, however I do not have the locking key, they
  24. Hey guys I've been reading through the forums since I stumbled across the site and have always found my answer until now, I need your help. I am trying to piece together an early dodge roadster and while I was scavenging through the not so local junk yard(I drove 2 hours one way) I came across these. Don't get mad that I had these torched off the frame because there wasn't much left. The only remains of this car were these leafs, the front section of the frame just past the cowl to the cross member with a partial serial number on it and the motor. The cowl and motor sitting on what was left of
