I m looking for someone to fabricate some replacement trim spears for the hood of my car. Does anyone know of a company or individual that makes stainless trim pieces. So far, I have only located two individuals who do it with a solid piece of stainless. It looks good, but I would prefer the look of OEM stainless trim found on most cars. I am hoping one of you will know of someone that makes trim pieces using a bead roller! In the meantime, I will see if LAZZEE offers this service to his customers. There must be somebody here that knows of a source! Regards, Doug
UPDATE: THIS IS SOLD pending arrival of payment. When I picked this up it was a bit dirty and looked like it hadn't been used in 20 years. I soaked it in tranny fluid for 3 days just as a precaution. Cleaned it up. Oiled the moving parts and applied air. And the good news is that it humms along fine. This is the 3rd Watervliet hammer to cross my path and this one works and sounds like the others I've held.... LOUD it is...!!!!
Because of the AACA forum , this rusty Amphicar found me. Being the eternal optimist My mind thought this would be a great idea. Unfortunately My body sometimes disagrees. So I work till it hurts and take a break. Doing a really rough car is challenging. Being a challenge sometimes is actually fun. Plus I try to fabricate every sheet metal part. First pics of car arriving I had to fix hull and frame before I could put on rotisserie
