I wonder if anyone had a picture or knew about the radiator emblem of Fargo Clipper or Packet? Is it different than in bigger trucks with "Express"? Just curious...

I have a 1948 Chrysler Windsor Sedan. I recently purchased a center brake light housing that had been re-chromed. It is better than mine, but I was wondering about the grooves in the center of the housing that run the length of the car. Are these supposed to be black? If so, what kind of paint would I use and how does one paint on chrome? The hood, trunk, and side emblems also have paint on chrome, though it is an orange-red. Does anyone know the proper paint color for this red?

Hey folks, I found an old rusted up bumper in the dirt on my property probably from the logging days here. I've done a lot of research scouring the web for the same emblem on the bumper, to no avail. I'm hoping with some of your experience, you can help me determine what it is. The curiosity is killing me. Thank you!

I am looking for a radiator badge that goes to a 1924 special six. I have been told it would have a blue colored background behind the wheel. My radiator cover only came with the cup piece that the emblem had been attached to. I am having the radiator cover re-plated and am looking for the emblem to finish it off. Thanks, John

Hello, I am new to this forum. I have just acquired a 1957 Buick Century 4dr hardtop, and it is an amazing car. It was restored in 1990, and is in excellent shape. I have had to do only minor work on it (water pump "thanks Russ!!", torque ball leak, brakes, speedo, belts, etc.) What I am having issues with is the trunk emblem. The four knobs on the back of the emblem that hold it onto the trunk lid are broken off. I have contacted a couple of local body shops, and they say that they cannot weld those "knobs" back on. So I am either looking to buy a "new/used" one or ideas on how to att

Finally picked up my first GS weekend before last and trying to get it all straightened out. My dad and I have been working on "refreshing" on an original 57k mile car. Original owner parked partially protected, but outside when brakes went out, it has a cracked or severely warped front drum. All numbers matching we had to replace the carpets and repaint. It's an original ZZ Silver Cloud, but my dad picked the color and decided on a darker silver - grey and added a painted black top. He painted it himself in the driveway, but it's a really good 10 foot job. Has a few spots of cancer in r

1960 Invicta posted a topic in Automobiles and Parts - Buy/Sell
Hi All, I'm close to having the interior done on the wagon, but I really need two of the 1960 Invicta emblems that get fastened to the inside door panels. If anyone has some in decent condition laying around I would love to buy a couple from ya. Thanks, Dave.- 1 reply

Hi, My father found this when cleaning out his garage and has been asking me to find out what/when it's from. I know the logo style is from the 20's or older but I haven't found any other emblems with the this extra detail attached on the sides. I was hoping to surprise him with an answer on his birthday this weekend so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

what we have here is a great find. its from what i can tell off a 1943 to 1948 buick hood. it really is in great shape as far as a 64 year old hood that has never been touched goes. the only rust is on the corners closets to the windshield, but that is it and very minimal. this is a great buy for the right guy. the only part thats missing it the main emblem. please feel free to call me if you are serious (not to just ask question) (541)974-4057 ask for Alex or email westfootball55@aol.com asking $500 or best offer (open to any offer but dont try to low ball me) For some reason I cant get pict

I don't know anything about this other than it might be an enamel emblem from the early 1900's. It's approximately 4 & 1/2". I'm looking to sell this and I have no idea exactly what it is and how much it's possibly worth. I would appreciate any help that anyone can give me! Thanks!!
