  1. Hello, I am selling a pair of 1911 ceramic coated iron Connecticut license plates. They are in great shape. They were manufactured by the Ingram Richardson Mnfg. Company in Beaver Falls PA. See the photos for condition and for the stamp on the back. Connecticut used Dark Blue on White in 1911.   4. Would a 1990 Volvo Sedan 760 Turbo be considered an antique, in Connecticut, in 2010, if 20 years are the minimum age requirement, or are there other criteria as well?
