1. The brake master cylinder of my 1990 TC has failed and the mechanic has told me that they were unable to find a replacement part anywhere. The car is unsafe to drive in its current condition, so I need to find the part. Anyone had similar problems and how did you solve it? Also, the automatic latching system for the convertible/hardtop has failed and I can't even get one side to catch using the mechanical bypass through the trunk. I am not a car buff, just love my TC, but I am beginning to think it might be time to sell or scrap. The car is in great shape, 39K miles and stored inside since I bought it. I even have the large poster of the car that I got from the car dealer (after they stopped selling them) framed and hanging on the wall! Thanks for help.
2. Both of these cars are clean title vehicles with just normal wear and care. Both Tops on both cars ..well cared for... I was just on their website (www dot Copart dot com) and they had lots and lots of nice clean title classic cars they were auctioning every week. They even have a separate section for Classics. Yes they have a bunch of parts and salvage cars their too but a majority of the classics were clean title really nice cars. Both of the Chryslerati's have clean titles and Here is another example ...a 48 Dodge Custom that looked really nice and if the pre bidding is anything to go on then these cars sell for cheap. Just thought I would finally add something instead of just being a lurker :cool::cool::cool::cool::cool: Here is a link to one of them: http://www.copart.com/c2/homeSearch.html?_eventId=getLot&execution=e7s1&lotId=22179724&returnPage=SEARCH_RESULTS

5. Needs Catalytic Converter to pass smog. Fees paid through June 2013. Needs paint and interior work (black car with black interior, summer sun, not garaged). 250K on odometer, but motor runs strong. I do not want to put anymore money into this, nor do I have the time to fix it up. One day will buy another. Good project car, or parts, parts, parts. I will not part it out, just don't have the time. Hard top in good condition, needs paint. Soft top in good condition, no rips or rot. Did not drive it for 2 years and it is detoriating. I don't want to junk it, but may have to if no offers, I would rather it live on in some way. Location: Perris, Riverside County, Southern California.
6. Red convertible with hard top, Excellent condition all original with Mitsubishi V-6 engine 53,000 miles - $12,000 obo Car is in North Florida

8. I have a 1991 Chryser TC and my issue is there is no ground on the coil side of the relay and i'm wondering where the ground is supplied, can't imagine it's a constant ground seeing there are 2 wires spliced under the relay and it would probably burn the motor up... Does anybody know where the ground for the relay is supplied or have a wiring Diagram they could help me with? I'm having issues finding anything more than a plain connector view. Thanks much!

10. Hey all, I am looking for a new antenna mast for my TC. We have a Chrysler dealership in the family. So, I asked them to check into it to see if I could get a replacement from Chrysler. The antenna no longer goes up and down, but I can hear the motor working fine. So, I'm assuming the teeth inside the mast have broken off from old age. The dealership said Chrysler no longer stocks these for the TC anymore. They do carry the LeBaron's, but they are not the same part number. Anyone know where I could get one relatively inexpensively? I want it to match the original in height and appearance at least, but I don't want to go to the expense of buying a whole new assembly as I only need the mast. Any suggestions?
11. I was looking for a good car to use as a daily driver (about 20-30 miles a day) and the TC Caught my eye. I did a lot of research and i found a lot of conflicting opinions. Is this car usable as a daily driver? how about in winter. Also, I was wondering, if I do choose this car, which powertrain (the Mitsubishi 3.0 or the Maserati engine) would be the most reliable and cheapest/easy to maintain? from what I am seeing, it seems like the mitsubishi is prevalent in many chryslers of that time period so i was thinking that might be better - but I wasnt sure. Also, I am the type of person that services my cars at a dealer - not one to do repair work myself. Is the TC a car that I can drive to a Chrysler every 3-5000 miles for service, or do they not know how to work on them? and as far as the parts availability - will I have a huge problem there or what do you guys do? Also, i heard about problems with the limp-home mode on the 4 speed auto (probably the one i would be buying as I want airbags and the manual seems quite hard to find). Is this major/common/fixable? Also, any tips if i do purchase one - what problems to look out for on the cars when buying, suggestions to do after purchase, etc. would be helpful. Sorry for the long post, im interested in the model but had a lot of questions and couldnt find answers for them. Thanks
