  2. I have a Studebaker Model (Carb)-Stromberg Motor Device, updraft Carb that was found (being used) on a Model A ford intake manifold I purchased. After an on-line search, I believe this carb is used on 1923 Franklin Cars...but not sure. It is patented in 1916, 1918. Label states 'Also Models 0 & lS -Oct 25-21, Models O-OC-OF-OS and LS July 12-21, Models L-LB-M-MB-O-OC-OS & LS Jan 31-22. What is it...anyone know? What cars was it used on? What is its value? I will likely post in on Ebay. It is froze-up but looks rebuildable and complete. The main casting is bronze and has OE-1 2486665 on the bronze casting. Contact me on email marinecorpspitbull@yahoo.com if you have any info on what this carb is or need one. Thanks<!-- google_ad_section_end -->

  7. I'm looking for a 1.25-inch diameter grille badge from a 1931-32 President, though maybe the same badge was used for many years. It has the wheel with red spokes and white tire, "Studebaker" script in white, gold background. I've seen larger ones, but I need the 1.25 inch size. Anyone have one for sale?
  8. Pre-war Studebaker Racer project. This car was pulled from a barn in Arizona about two years ago. I've got my first kid on the way so unfortunately it needs to go. It is now almost fully disassembled for restoration. The experts I've spoken with have helped me place the chassis to approx 1915-17 and the motor (Big 6?) as probably late 1920's. I have serial numbers and such that I can share. Frame in great shape, motor turns freely, all steering and front end accounted for. Rear axle is unfortunately from a 70's or 80's Ford though. Original body is gone in favor of a cool race fairing. Wheels (5) are steel wire from 1930's era. Hope it can find a good home. Please email me any questions and I can send photos as well. gniewenhous@hotmail.com Located near Columbus, Ohio. $3400 obo

  10. I need a right rear fender for a 1931 Studebaker model 54 and a fuel pump for the 1931 205 six cylinder (rebuilable core okay)
  11. I'm posting this for a friend here in town, and have it posted in the general ads too. It's spring cleaning time and this ol Stude's days are numbered. He's not a car guy, so this thing will be hitting the big electro-magnet in the sky very soon, unless somebody drags it off. 48 Stude 2 door Commander, no engine or trans in car, but he does have the original tranny and some of the engine. (6cyl/3-speedOD) Rust in the floorboards and trunk floor. Not sure about the frame. The body is solid enough to save but could also be parted out. He just pulled it out of the weeds and set it up on blocks. He also took a bunch more pictures which are posted on the Flikr site below. $ 300 obo Phil http://www.flickr.com/photos/30878003@N06/ Contact me or call him direct: Rick 812-243-9962 or richard.jones at cinergy.com<!-- google_ad_section_end -->
  12. Sold to good home.
  13. I just entered the world of antique cars last month when I acquired my '23 Oakland. Before I began spending every minute of my free time on the Oakland, I researched my family history. I wonder if anyone can help me ID images of my great grandparents with what I believe to be their Studebaker. At least that is what was written on the back of the photographs. The license plates and photos are dated 1915 so I know the car pre-dates 1916. Thanks so much in advance!! -Bryan
