  2. *SOLD* There's a little confusion about what, exactly, this handsome all-original Packard sedan actually is. It does not appear to be a standard-issue sedan for a variety of reasons. One, it's on the 138-inch wheelbase, which is 11 inches longer than the standard 160. Two it has a divider window, but matching cloth seats front and rear. And three, there's a single sideways-facing jump seat in the back, which a Packard friend of mine referred to as the "assistant's seat." So whatever the case may be, this Packard was probably special-ordered and Packard being Packard was only too happy to oblig

  4. I have an excellent used condition vintage Smiths tachometer. Probably 1950s. Comes with instructions and is complete as far as I know. Works on 6 or 12 volts, negative or positive ground. This one is calibrated for 8 cylinder engines. I have not used this or tested it myself. $195 US plus shipping cost from Canada to destination.

Just repurchased the grey President but not sure why, as I already have the black Commander posted for sale, well ok it was a good deal. Cost less than I sold it for 3 decades ago and has been indoors all that time (came from eastern WA desert). Very solid and reasonably straight and complete.
