  3. *SOLD* I guess Packard engineers and designers couldn't read the writing on the wall in 1956--the end was nigh but they built cars like this 1956 400. Actually, make that "The Four Hundred," although I don't know how to write that in a sentence properly, but that's what it says on the deck lid. At any rate, The Four Hundred was essentially a hardtop Caribbean, Packard's top-of-the-line model and loaded with every bit of tech the sinking automaker could imagine, from cold A/C to the unusual self-leveling torsion bar suspension. I should probably tell you that this car looks better i

  8. 1988 Buick LeSabre T-type Custom Coupe, 63k mi, runs and drives well, new tires, needs interior work and weatherstripping. I'm asking $2400 and will consider offers. This car came from Tucson, AZ two years ago. It has been stored inside near Santa Fe, NM ever since. I planned to restore this one, but I have two other LeSabre T-type cars - trio picture below. Unfortunately this car will need serious interior work as it was outside most of its life. The paint is faded. The mileage is low for the year and the drivetrain/suspension operate well. The original air dam and spoiler are intact.
  9. Through my search for a early 60 Buick wagon I ended up with a 1964 Buick Lesabre wagon with almost same combination as Ted Nagel``s one. One of 56 built with 425 super Wildcat, Super Turbine 400 and Posi Track. I also ended up buying a parts car without engine and transmission to get hold of Cruise control, original trailer hitch, tilt steering wheel and so on. There will still be plenty of parts left. Car will arrive Tempe AZ this week and my friend Art will as soon as possible start to disassemble the car. It will not stay long at the shop due to storage problems. It will go to the HULK whe
