  15. I just went and looked at this 1969 Riviera near Bonham, Texas 75418 that is for sale out of an estate. Car belonged to the seller's father who died in 2007. It does not run and engine seems to be stuck. The father who owned it had a machine shop in California and was an expert at rebuilding engines. This engine appears to have been rebuilt (I found a box of used pistons inside the car). The body is very good, but paint is faded, tires are flat, and headliner is hanging down. I saw one rust hole in the hood, the size of a pencil point. Floors seem solid, gas tank seems solid. Has a 430 V-8, be

  17. This truck will be in Hershey Car Corral spaces B67-B69! I have probably bought and sold more early Power Wagons than anyone else in the business. I didn't set out to be a Power Wagon guy, but here I am with about two dozen of these brutes having passed through my hands. And in that time I've seen the market change remarkably fast. The first one I sold five years ago went for $15K, and it was a rare swivel-frame model. They scoffed and laughed and said, "You're crazy, Power Wagons are $10,000 throw-aways," when I listed (and sold) a restored one with a Cummins turbo diesel in it fo

  20. If you're one of those guys who calls me and says, "I only buy perfect, show-quality cars and all my cars have flawless paint," then close this window and move along. You don't want this car and I don't want to sell it to you. However, if you're a guy who loves to drive rather than sit at a show and wipe his car with a diaper or stare at it in a climate-controlled museum, then this Corvette will absolutely talk to you. In this business, I drive a lot of cars. Several hundred every year. Every car that comes in to my shop gets a personal test drive that's, oh, about ten miles. Long

Now Snap on no longer handles that line. The voltage section needs attention. The needle goes past the maximum reading of 17 volts. When I opened the container there was a note inside saying the voltmeter needs recalibration. There is a capacitor value .o5 at 8oo volts, One resister at 970 ohms and another resister at 470 oms all across the terminal of the voltmeter. Any help is appreciated. Cheers. trini
