Here's another short one. <embed width="448" height="361" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" src="http://img.photobucket.com/player.swf?file=http://vidmg.photobucket.com/albums/v129/poobie2/CLIP0008.flv">

Another video of the same day. I was double and triple clutching, but it still was hard to change gears. My 13 year old granddaughter was doing the camera. <embed width="448" height="361" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" src="http://img.photobucket.com/player.swf?file=http://vidmg.photobucket.com/albums/v129/poobie2/CLIP0001.flv">

To celebrate, here's a video of a ride in a 1928 Packard touring car. Great car except for needing a clutch adjustment, and a new horn! <embed width="448" height="361" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" src="http://img.photobucket.com/player.swf?file=http://vidmg.photobucket.com/albums/v129/poobie2/CLIP0010.flv">

They're finished! They look like rich mahogany, just as I'd hoped. The customer is estactic! -

The inst panel was removed, as well as all the garnish mldgs, sandblasted, primed, and then the artwork begins! -
My computer is not working properly and I can only access the net on safe mode. That does not allow me to post pix or vids, and much more. I think I'll be doing a complete reinstallation of the original programs. I have been copying files to disk like mad lately. If you don't hear from me for a while, that's the reason.

The short side mldgs (both) that attach to the cowl and complete the side mldgs between the hood and front door. Also, the sidemount cover chrome trim for one cover. The trunk emblem that has the turn signal lenses; need the entire piece. Also needed is the nameplates "buick eight" that attach to the front nosepiece. Should anyone have said item or items, please contact: poobie1936@yahoo.com Thanks!

I'd like to find the woven plastic type seat covers made to fit my '51 Olds 98 sedan. I used to love those, but they were cold in the winter. I have checked everywhere, but they seem to be no longer available.

Is it becoming impractical to drive an antique?

Going for rides in those old buggies is a real blast! Here's some kids enjoying the rumble seat in a '28 Pierce-Arrow coupe. <embed width="448" height="361" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" src="http://img.photobucket.com/player.swf?file=http://vidmg.photobucket.com/albums/v129/poobie2/PAride.flv"> <embed width="448" height="361" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" src="http://img.photobucket.com/player.swf?file=http://vidmg.photobucket.com/albums/v129/poobie2/PAride2.flv"> -
I once owned one of those. It was in the 70's. GREAT car! I used it for long distance driving. It was very reliable! Wish I still had it, but my wife totalled it out. No, she wasn't injured.
