  2. The rabbit is a gas model, a convertible and my wife drives. She like a sycro. transmission not straight cut gears. Here are the measurements and pictures. If you need more let me knoe.
  3. I believe this is what you are looking for. I bought it for a speedster. The handles are complete and are free.

  5. Thank everyone for their help and suggestions I will be looking at leather all though I am a novice with sewing leather. I do have the coverings I removed for patterns. The strange thing about this car is that the front seat was done in leatherette, the kick panels are in leatherette and the rear seat and side bolsters are leather. 10. I will be doing the interior on my 1923 MOON Touring this summer. I have done three interiors in the past but they have all been kits so this will be a challenge. The first thing I need to do is calculate how much material I will need. I haven't decided leather vs leatherette. I am open to all suggestions and help. The color will be black with a black top and blue body and black fenders. I do have the seat covering and side bolsters. Recommendations as to suppliers will also be appreciated.
  11. Might I suggest you do two things. Join the Durant club and there is a Durant section on this forum which has people with Stars.

  14. Have them video the following. Ask them to start it up and look at the tail pipe for smoke. Ask them to pull the dip stick and look for a creamy appearance indicating water. Open the radiator cap and look for bubbles. Pull the brake drums and check the shoes and drums. Have fun and learn how to work on it. Jan
  15. Chris as Phil said send the whole thing out to be dip stripped including the fenders. It is the only way you will get into the nooks and crannies. Make sure the metal is thoroughly neutralized. Be ready to prime (epoxy) the body as soon as you get it back then you can take your time with body work. Jan
