  1. Yes I do but I don't know if the radio works and written on the bottom of the case is "cassette bad" Also some of the small buttons on the equalizer tabs are missing

    Fan Whine

    Radiator fan or heater fan?
  3. Just let me know what you would want and I'll see if it's still there. I'm in RI Phil
  4. Quickie question- Are the radio and climate control lights supposed to dime with the rest of the dash lights? Sliding the dimming control knob dims the dash but not those two other lights. 1990 convertible
  5. I just figured it out - The listing for the car you got is no longer available so they just show something similar
  6. I must be a trifle slow but that Ebay link doesn't look like a red 89.
  7. I don't know if the heads will fit but with SC heads the injectors go in the head and in the NA the injectors are in the intake but you could most likely work around that.
  8. Yep converted to 134 but would an overcharge stop the compressor from working and not show an error code?
  9. That was my thinking- think I may have a winter project - really don't need A/C in a convertible so it can wait.
  10. Haven't tested it driving, in the garage at 80 deg the cold side if the orifice tube measures about 76 deg and the hot side about 100
  11. Compressor clutch stays engaged no cycling
  12. I'm new to Reattas but old to Packards and Fieros. I have a 90 convertible and although I really don't need the A/C but it drives me nuts that it doesn't work. I think I know the answer but I would like some other opinions. Engine off the static pressure is about 85 PSI. If I put the temp select on 60 the compressor clutch engages and the low side goes to 70 psi and the high goes to 125. The temp drop across the orifice tube is only about 20 deg . Any thoughts?
  13. New T-Bird owner here 63 convert My question is whether or not a power seat base from a 87-88 T-Bird turbo coupe fit or be made to fit my car. (short wife)
  14. The 1158 bulb is the one without the staggered guide pins- just looked at my bulb stash.
  15. Well I count at least 7 plug wires also I just looked at my 38 8 cyl from the same angle as the picture and they look the same- ergo I would say it's an 8
  16. I would say 38 because of solid roof, 38 was first year of all steel body on Jr. cars. Floor shift -39 column shift -39
  17. This is the original color of my 38 coupe- Packard Ivory White
  18. Now I'm a little confused about what part of the clock you are talking about. When looking at the clock with the glove box closed the clock has a chrome ring around it.
  19. If you are talking about the part this is inside the glove compartment- mine is painted. As for color it's a taupe ,really doesn't match the dash . Of course the front bezel is chrome.
  20. There is a picture on http://packardinfo.com/xoops/html/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=15526&forum=1&post_id=156371#forumpost156371 of a 37 110 that shows the location of the antenna and it's on the drivers side in front of the door and there are two mounting brackets
  21. I put an R11 overdrive in my 38 Jr. coupe and it made a BIG difference - reduced my RPM by 22-25%. I converted it to the cane shifter and had to do some frame modifications. I not sure if the R11 from a Jr will fit your car (just happen to have a spare R11). If you are ever in RI come check out the difference with and without OD. I did do a quick test and at 2500 RPM I'm doing 66 MPH
  22. I don't need anything else but I'll see you at Rhinebeck
