  1. Thanks, I'll check the links out. -J
  2. Thanks for the help in id'ing the part everyone, I hate disposing of items that other people may need and once identified I can get the part to someone who needs it via ebay. I myself am always looking for parts/cars in the southeast (I am located in South Carolina & Florida) for a 1949 Plymouth four door and two business coupes that I am restoring and would be willing to trade or sell a bunch of unidentified NOS parts as well as some fuel pumps, alternaters and other parts that I have yet to go through and identify. Thanks again, -Jay
  3. Yes it is currently for sale on ebay with a starting price of .99 cents if anyone needs it. Here is the link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/30s-40s-C...sspagenameZWDVW
  4. Who out there lost this knob and from what did it come? Thanks, Jay
  5. The lense has the following imprinted on it: ARROW SEMA APPROVED MEDFORD, N.J. I just do not know what it came from/goes to? Thanks, Jay
  6. So far no one has identified yet another find in the barn that I having problems with. Any help at all such as telling me if it is a common truck mirror or approximate age range will be appreciated. As always, thank you in advance, -Jay
  7. I have literally 3 to 4 boxes of stuff to go through and need all the help I can get the ones that are not clearly marked. Thanks For Your Help, -Jay
  8. Thanks for the help, I found a ton of stuff in a barn that is being torn down which all seems to be from the 20's (mainly headlight lenses), 30's (more headlight lenses), 40's and 50's (misc. parts). I did not want to throw any of it out so as I identify it I am putting it on Ebay with a starting bid of a penny in order to get the parts to those who may need them. Thanks Again, -Jay
  9. Thanks drwatson, I am not very savvy with part identification and figured I would post everything I found on ebay with starting bids of a penny so that someone out there who is need will get it. I don't think I'll make much money, but it is better than throwing the parts out. -Jay
  10. * Edit to Previous Post * One of the members pointed at the there is pencil writing on the box. He is right and it says "54 and older Chevrolet", however I would still like to confirm that the part in the box is the part that matches the box. Also, how much older like 49 to 54 or 50 to 51. Also, I have several other parts that need identification and if anyone can tell me how to do this by part number it would be of great help. Finally, just an FYI these items will be sold on ebay - but if you do a completed auction search you will see that these items hardly sell and when they do sell it is for little money. I just figured if I found out what they are I could list them for someone who may be in need them. Thanks, jfoster_sms@yahoo.com
  11. This is a vacuum chamber that I found in the original box, unfortunately I have no idea what type of car it is for. Also, if anyone can tell me how to look up the part number for myself it would help as I have several other parts that I am going to have to look up. Thank You Guys for All Your Help, -Jay Foster jfoster_sms@yahoo.com
  12. Can anyone tell me the year(s) and make(s) that this ring comes from? Thanks, Jay M. Foster
