  1. No, thats one thing I have never tried. The paint shop had the car for about 3 weeks, it required a few smal rust repairs, and they were very small. Certainly not a Concours paint job at mega expense, but a very good job, at an even better price, and one where I am happy to drive the car as often as possible without worry of damage. This moves the car from the 20 foot category back to a close inspection one. Only a couple of people have seen the car at present and they are all impressed with the job.   2. still plenty of bits to refit, but she looks superb in the pale yellow, with a White Pearl in the top coats.

  10. Heres a few photos of my 53 Catalina in the UK. This was taken leaving the Ace Cafe in West London (Near Wembley Stadium) after the Executioners Spring Riot. The black pick up is the Moon Truck, and now has been sold into Europe. This was our car club meeting for the 70 mile run to the Ace Cafe. Most cars were running open headers, and the Pontiac has straight through Lake Pipes. This is on Wedding duty for a friend of mine I hope you like the photos........ Dan
