Looks like the nylon, spring loaded, twist type, that glass buss fuses would fit in. Don't know if it is original to a '52 but my 55 has a few. Prob. pick em' up at your local parts store.
Chrome shop said the replate, on the rt/pass side lower rear 1/4 chrome trim panel, is not going well. Any leads on a replateable piece? Pic is of driver side,I need pass. side.
Thanks Paul

Idler arm needs to be removed for clearance. Kind of a PITA job but if never done before it's gotta be done. I did it cause' everyone here said to. See pics, before and after.
Oil will pour out if filter housing is not perfectly seated. And yes old gasket will stick. You don't want to tighten so much that you crush the gasket either. I hold the housing in place while tightening the bolt.

Anyone have any experience with this product? Claims to remove moisture, reveal and stop leaks and lube seals in A/C systems. Compatible with R12 and 134a. Too good too be true?
That's the Camomatic wiper. The wiper arm is spring loaded. Pull away from shaft and pry up. Just learned that recently.
I think it's only on Roady's and Caddy's.
I assume you have a schematic for the car. Period correct wire in close to exact colors is available. Sockets and other connectors, check ebay and sometimes vintage radio supply sites(Tubesandmore.com ex.) can be helpful.
