  8. Thank you Hinson, from what I have been told. The car has been sitting in a garage for over 40 years and has never been messed with! So does that mean that the frame serial number does not match the engine serial number in any way? Is it true that there is also production information stamped on the cowl gas tank or is that only for older Model A's? 10. Hello, I have found a one owner Model A that was inherited by family members from their Father. They are now interested in selling the car and I would like to buy it. My question is, can someone tell me where the numbers are located on the engine and car to make sure they are matching? Can someone also tell me what I need to look for to make sure the car has not been modified in anyway? I am not too familiar with Model A's so any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you, Rich
  11. If you live near Southern California and have good metal shaping skills I would consider loaning you mine to duplicate, because you are going to have an extremely difficult time finding one. It may be impossible to find one without purchasing the entire car. If you do not have the skills, but have the cash, I could refer you to someone who does. Email me if you are interested. 12. Hello, I have a 38' coupe that is rough, has a chassis (not zephyr), bottom 6in completely rotted, but restorable condition. It is missing skirts, grilles, and complete tail light assembly. $15,000 firm. Can source a 40' coupe. Needs many parts and is also rough. Asking $12,000 I may be able to source a complete 40' Coupe in much better condition. I'll have to get back to you on price if you are interested. I also have one very good conditioned aluminum head. Asking $250 I can send pictures of anything you are interested in. Email: HuskieFTBL@aol.com
